Customer Reviews
Great printer, some small issues
I ordered the Neptune FDM 3D printer a few weeks ago, and it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. The unboxing and assembly were pretty straightforward, the instructions were clear enough. I had a small issue with the bed leveling not holding after the first print, but their support team was actually responsive. I sent them an email, and they replied within a day with some tips, which helped. The print quality with the PLA filament I bought alongside it has been consistently good for the price point. My only real gripe is that the included SD card felt a bit cheap, and I ended up swapping it out for a better one after a week. It prints quietly though, which is a plus for my small workspace. Overall, a solid experience, especially considering it's my first FDM printer.
Reliable resin and service
This was my third time buying resin from ELEGOO, and they're just consistent. I specifically got a few bottles of their 8K resin this time for my Saturn printer. The quality is always reliable, and I haven't had any bad batches across multiple orders now. Shipping was standard, about a week, which is what I've come to expect. Their packaging is always secure, no leaks or anything. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting, and it works with my setup every time. No surprises, which is exactly what I want when buying consumables like resin.
Good value on an Arduino kit
I was looking for an Arduino starter kit that wouldn't break the bank, and the ELEGOO one came up. Got it during their anniversary sale, which saved me a decent chunk of change. The components seem solid for the price I paid. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.
Mars printer was okay
I purchased the Mars resin 3D printer along with some water washable resin. The printer itself works as advertised; I got some decent prints out of it after some calibration. Delivery took about a week, which was fine. Customer service responded quickly when I had a question about exposure settings. However, the initial FEP film had a minor blemish that caused some early print failures, which was a bit frustrating to deal with right out of the box. Had to replace it sooner than expected. Still, for the price, it's a capable little machine, just wish the film was perfect from the start.

Thinking of picking up one of the Neptune printers, but I'm worried about setup. Are they a pain for someone new to 3D printing?
Can you actually return opened resin if you change your mind? Or is it like, once it's open it's yours?
Anyone know if the Saturn 3 Ultra is much better than the Saturn 2? Trying to decide between them.
I've got a promo code from a newsletter signup. Do those stack with other sales, like a bundle deal?
